Majoring in Biology did not really give me a specific focus but rather a little of everything. People think that when you are in the life sciences, it is a must that you can discuss to them in detail every little thing they complain about their body. This could be a result of ignorance but I cannot blame them for they play in a different field. Since I am expected to have learned a lot in medicine, I was obviously swayed to take an exam for Cpr renewal. I have been given the certification before but it has lapsed already. I thought that I would not need it but having a new job in marine environmental science, diving all over the country seriously required first aid knowledge. I wanted a quick fix for this for I had no time with all the paper works I have left in the office. Hoping I would find the answer on the internet, my instinct has never failed me. I found the American Academy of CPR and First Aid, Inc. They provided many courses and combination courses to have a CPR recertification. The single certification was $14.99 and the second was on a discount given at $10. I had two courses for my Online CPR renewal. I was satisfied to see that I can only do so much to have such. I have certifications in no time.
